I have seen the evolve vacation rental network, which I believe acts like a national property manager for short term rentals, but doesn’t feel it’s right for me.  

I know 99% of BP Nation won't read such stuff because it requires people to think and reach their own conclusions, but I point out the obvious for those of us who digest facts and can formulate their own course of action.
