Funding for tiny house village project(s)
Hey everyone!
I'm looking for suggestions on where to obtain funding for tiny house village projects. I'll be starting in the Denver area. I already have a county on board, engineering firm hired with conceptual design completed and I've even identified the parcel. All I need now is the money.
It always comes down to the money!
My projections put the company at potentially $30M annually based on average of 10 villages per state at 30 tiny houses per village.
Thoughts, suggestions?
