If you have a larger portfolio and utilize vendors who need access and like the power of accounting reports, then consider Buildium, Yardi, Appfolio.As for consumer software, we're all essentially based off the same affiliate partners and technology. 

I am thinking for most of these wholesale type programs.. just go to e bay and buy the materials used just search for the vendor and most everyone of them has written materials tapes and disc's etc. that can be bought by someone who bought them before you for like 50 bucks.. read and listen to those then decide if you need to pay the big bucks.One of my Oregon bird dogs just paid the 20k for the arizona wholesaler course I have not seen a deal yet but who knows.

Any suggestions on how to work with vendor on splitting the bill ?

In 12 years, I have spent less than $7,000, and 95% of that are my dues as a vendor member or to the REIA for the right to sponsor a meeting.

Additionally, when checking with the appraisal district, the deed says "warranty deed/vendor lien."

The caveat to the simplicity when analysing properties for purchase using data provided by the Vendor is determining if all operating costs have been reported and included.

Microsoft is the biggest software vendor for Apple's Macs.You also get a number of software products for free with the iLife package that is bundled with each Mac.

Haven't used square from the vendor side, but I've seen the ads and see more and more vendors using this service.
