Have not seen the inside but the owners have had it since 2000 and are 62 years old so, I'm assuming upgrades have to be done.

or something like that for an app.. but they are for real.those that hit you on BP and give you terms that are too good to be true.. broken English and then want 500 to 1000 to fund those are scammers plain and simple.. 

I was able to add value to the deal by doing research on a type of upgrades people wanted in their home.

During my time there..mostly undergrad and throughout grad school...my house was broken into, vehicle vandalized, and frequent issues with neighbors.

I have added laminate wood floors in the living room and hallways, upgraded secondary bath, concrete patio in back, epoxy garage floor, and several other small improvements.
