We'd like to seek a construction loan to complete the build of our new home - does anyone know if a typical real estate rental business plan would be sufficient to show potential income increase? 

Mostly Southwest uses Love Field, the smaller older airport....so don't go there looking to fly to Sydney.Dallas has to be Real Estate Meetup Central....seems like 3-4 a week depending on your focus.Two I really like are on Thursday nights in Dallas NTAREI and Saturday mornings in Fort Worth DFW Real Estate Investor Club. 

Is it worth it or am I better off just continuing to read articles, forums and videos in order to learn.

Not worth the headaches.Also sell your condo and avoid any capital gains.

If the property is worth 20K and the owner only owed 5K, there lies the problem (according to CO and others....)

Since, prices have fallen 25% so the property is now worth nearly 20% less than the loan amount.

It doesn't add a lot more to the premium and it's well worth it. 

Although it seems like an option worth exploring, I don't see any deals that seem reasonable.

Is it worth it to go into high interest rate debt for this new project and have this new property impact your other successful properties in your portfolio?
