Hi! My husband and I are new to the real estate investing world and I am contemplating doing the Rookie bootcamp, has anyone done it? Is it worth it or am I better off just continuing to read articles, forums and videos in order to learn. We live in San Diego and I have realized that buying here in this market will definitely not cash flow so considering Midwest as well as other options. TIA!
