The reality is there are VERY few rental home options in this market (it's very geographically constrained) and this particular manufactured home lives like a house in an HOA - all the location benefits, much less cost.Going to talk with the management to be sure they have no strong objections, then will pull the trigger on this one.

For one thing, you need to check to see if transfering ownership (from you to the LLC) would trigger a "Due on Sale" clause.
