I sold it for $69,900. the two realtors I talked to about listing the house said they would’ve listed it at $59,900 and $64,900.

On top of that the properties I have seen were all overpriced when compared to the comps being sold elsewhere.

We would prefer to have this deal closed before the $700k flip house is sold.

and when the property is sold, regardless on 1031 status, all profits are taxed that year with no credit since no US taxes were paid.

I want to make sure i don’t buy a list of people that have already been foreclosed on, or have most likely sold the property already. 3 months?
