A market crash/correction is due if you look at history....but having said that, there is still the supply and demand thing.

In this case where @Juan Contreras only makes $25000 W-2 he might be under the radar unless he's writing off $100000 luxury trips, $100000 of office supplies, and $100000 of advertising or continuing education.

Unfortunately the building I bought in does not support STR but I still think its a solid play as a regular long term rental.
