I’ve heard that some agents will meet with potential clients to look at the property then go on a second appointment to discuss price and fill out the paperwork while other agents will give a price and push for the sale on 1 appointment.What’s your listing process?

I just wanted to get a sense of installation cost and permitting process for in ground, semi, or above ground.

Was a huge success and we literally had people moving in as we were punching out. if location is good you should be sitting on a gold mine.

Did you notify Chase that you intended to use the mortgaged property as a non-owner occupied rental during the loan process?

How we handle international folks is the same process as US based people. 

They can seek exemption from the SEC, but this process is costly, complex, and time-consuming, therefore not typically done.

Here, having a pool is never negative or neutral but you can be successful without one in certain circumstances. 

You can likely expect the rental process to take longer than it did even just 3-4 months ago.

Though, this process will be the same for the other state (if you created a CA LLC you may need to register it as a foreign LLC in the state in which you are doing business/holding property).

If I get one then I’ll need to have my title cleaned after with a quiet title process anyway.
