What kind auto dealerships are around, places to eat and stores to ship.

There's a McDonald, DQ and Grocery store within a couple of blocks.

Hi Pavel,If it were mine, I would think about if there is more demand for stores vs offices in the area.Plus I would think which is likely to attract the most stable tenants. 

Is it cheaper to buy them at homedepot and then have carpenters yo install it OR you shop in your local window stores?

Namely, we are looking to take a 5 store portfolio and grow it and would be interested in seeing who may be able to speak to best practices, etc, from an operational standpoint as we look to expand our reach.
