At this point in my life, we are property tax payers, but I know that being in the military, where I go next, I will likely seek a cheaper apartment in a moderately safe area and seek a company that maintains their propertly well and addresses repairs and issues quickly, but won't care if the interior is dated looking so longs as it is clean and things work, but I am definitely not seeking a place with a yard that has to be maintained.

@Derek Leblanc,the seller needs to either, know, like, and trust you before you will get what he or she feels is sensitive info that you are asking for, or they need to have their hair on fire and are extremely desperate to sell the property.Imagine if I asked you;"What's your Social Security Number, date of birth, Mothers maiden name and any medical Issues you have.Without the proper context, this would create discomfort, and come off as extremely invasive.

Just because You have not seen it does not mean it does not exist and just because on purchase date, it does not hit that number does not mean it is not a deal that will after the upside is completed (forced and not market appreciation I am referring to).
