I made a mistake on the Date.

At this point in my life, we are property tax payers, but I know that being in the military, where I go next, I will likely seek a cheaper apartment in a moderately safe area and seek a company that maintains their propertly well and addresses repairs and issues quickly, but won't care if the interior is dated looking so longs as it is clean and things work, but I am definitely not seeking a place with a yard that has to be maintained.

So I'm pretty excited my closing date is quickly approaching for my first rental property!

@Derek Leblanc,the seller needs to either, know, like, and trust you before you will get what he or she feels is sensitive info that you are asking for, or they need to have their hair on fire and are extremely desperate to sell the property.Imagine if I asked you;"What's your Social Security Number, date of birth, Mothers maiden name and any medical Issues you have.Without the proper context, this would create discomfort, and come off as extremely invasive.

@shaunReily do you happen to know the dates for these meetings that you suggested?

Just because You have not seen it does not mean it does not exist and just because on purchase date, it does not hit that number does not mean it is not a deal that will after the upside is completed (forced and not market appreciation I am referring to).

I've always known that a PCS was coming but the exact dates were unknown until about two weeks from when I would have to vacate the property in order to have time to move, drive, find a place to live, etc.

Plus Listing Agreements have an expiration date, so you're not obligated to work with 1 agent forever so you can decide who you want to work with. 

Did you agree to pay back by a certain date or is it ambiguous pending closing?  

Block looks tacky and dated to me and it is worse from the outside of your house.
