They just take a lot of time, stress and a huge learning curve.

But who knows what larger costs could be lurking and that also causes me stress.I'm very tempted to walk away from a stressful situation with a couple bucks that I can put towards something where I live (I have no plans of moving again), but I don't want to make a stupid decision based off of fear.

Even with tax incentives/credits, solar panels only make sense if you value the contribution you're making to society enough to justify the poor return on investment.

Not to be a conspiracy theorist but if you look at the "futuristic" movies that have come out over the last 20 years of what "society" looks like in the future it's generally tall multifamily types of skyscrapers.

Or eat your stress and gain the COVID 19. 

Landlords who take this approach get stressed out, feel taken advantage of by tenants, and get out of landlording.

The best option would be to get the partnership together first then open the account so that you know your roles and can move forward with less stress.

Financially well off people are demonized in many part of society today.
