in my opinion which im new to this if your making money and everything is going smoothly then relax and take it slow your not doing anything wrong and everyone has to start somewhere. i think what your doing sounds awesome!!

@Chris Habets I am naturally leaning towards your view, I have been managing the properties for two years now and it has gone smoothly.

We are right around the halfway mark in the project and so far it really has been a pretty smooth ride.

Whenever you are buying a property out of state you should do a few things to ensure it's as smooth as possible.

Also, I have no experience working with contractors, how could I set the foundation of the investor & contractor relationship to make sure my first rehab goes smoothly?
