Basically the clause reads as follows:1.DISTURBANCE, SMOKING, NOISE, ILLEGAL USE: Neither the LESSEE nor his family, friends, relatives, invitees, visitors, agents or servants shall make, permit or suffer any disturbing noises or vibrations by means of a human voice, radio, phonograph, stereo, television, piano or other musical instrument or other device or form of technology of any description within the building or Premises, nor commit or permit any nuisance to exist thereon, nor cause damage to the building or Premises, nor create or permit any substantial interference with the rights, comfort, safety or enjoyment of the LESSOR or other occupants of the same or any other apartment in the building, nor make any use whatsoever thereof than as and for a private residence.

The CFPB avoided many of these issues in the beginning as they were the first agency to build itself on a technical platform rather than a heavy sided human resources basis.In the past agencies were established by filling positions required for the jobs or functions required then hired out technology to fit the needs of workers.

I think that in the past everyone who has purchased an older home had enough smarts to know they were not buying a new home and really...probably didn't expect the old two story with gingerbread and leaded windows to be as efficient as the new home across town....kinda common sence.So, I don't really care what my energy rating is, it will be burried in all the other disclosures for lead paint, who died in the bedroom 15 years ago, mold reports, environmental studies, home inspection reports, appraisal and mortgage documents....etc.

Now if you are really smart and have the time to really get your measurments down and layouts put into CAD you can save huge amounts finding a a company with a cnc machine to cut the pieces for you.
