If it is within walking distance of restaurants or shopping say so.

It was in a good location for commuters, close to shops and restaurants and great walk score. 

Some others sell special bags or stickers to put on bags.

I supply garbage bags, paper towels, etc, for the kitchen.

My landscaper cut it down and up and bagged it in 2-3 hours and then put it by the curb.

As stated, sometimes, I get this exact same stove on sale at Lowes for $399 and I can't see paying the extra money for a self-cleaning stove because as I stated in a post, some tenants destroy the top of the stove so bad and they destroy the knobs and destroy the oven door gasket, then the stoves are thrown in the trash because for $399 to $499 they are not worth paying an appliance repairman $300 5o $400 to repair a $399 stove, if you shop around.

So do it legally and most cost effectively by getting your buyer(s) lined up in advance and go shopping for them and what they criteria is.

We have a required air installation noise zone disclosure, but no disclosure requirement for annoying noise like nearby bars with music, shopping centers, kennels -- it's up to buyer to do their due diligence.
