I was under the impression that the process would be quite different in the case of condo's and town homes, but now I know that the only difference is that they are not detached; they are still separate properties.

;)Another room got made into an office, and there was still room for a "man-cave" and separate workout room in the basement.Our rental isn't even half the size of our actual house, but we've basically done the same thing again...I just had to give up my "closet".
