I have reason to suspect the trustee also has a title with her own LLC, a Land trust, or some other form of separate ownership documents for her self on this property, and hasn't told me or my sister, who knows nothing about real estate, and doesn't care.

The type of property you choose—whether it's a project you can rehab or a ready-to-move-in option—will also influence the type of financing you'll need.

If you win your lawsuit (it helps if you have before they moved in pics and then these after ones), then they are supposed to appeal or pay you.

Hello,I have a property with a tenant that I inherited when I purchased the property..She is an older woman with adult children that, at one point, moved in with her without notifying me.We've got that all cleaned up, but now she is adopting a 2yo child.It's a noble act, but how does this effect me as the owner?

@Jorge Abreu  Good article, as we move towards a recession I think more investors will migrate towards funds as they are more reluctant to make $50K- $100K investments in single deals and are looking for more diversification.
