If owning property is only about your liability, you should do self Storage instead

Once the Christmas shopping season and returns end the bottom will drop out soon after.

So my question to the more season investors is should I even try to attempt a BRRRR given the market conditions and risk the possibility of losing money if the market declines too much?

I am at the same step you are on this journey and just remmebr that we have to take out all of the emotions out of the dealing with all of this even the brutal honest advice from some of the seasoned veterans.
