I'm a retired veteran and wonder are there programs out there that will assist veterans when it comes to borrowing money to purchase real estate for profit.

I have a great management firm, would actually be buying these from the owner of the firm who is retiring, they are all updated and rented, that would handle all transactions for me.  

A retired couple loved the home and rented for $1100.Applied for refinance within 4 months of buying the home with PenFed bank and opted for full appraisal .

In fact, why am I paying $50,000 plus medical and retirement benefits for Joe when I can hire a virtual assistant from Mexico or the Philippines for 1/3 the cost that is just as qualified and speaks excellent English? 

Do you or your wife have an IRA or 401k or some retirement acct that allows you to borrow from it?

The company would take care of you and provide for a nice retirement.

Sometimes in my quest to retire rich, I forget important things.

Most investors want nothing to do with such things.You will do better if you find an investor who has a legal background (retired or active lawyer comes to mind).

At a time when WE (the government) know that social security is broke and millions of baby boomers are retiring, the socialists on the left want universal health care, which has been a failure worldwide (except of course Cuba, which Michael Moore has proclaimed to be the wildly successful model we should follow :roll: ).

More demand.3) A number of Baby Boomers who have prospered in a great economy and have done well for themselves will want and have the resources to move away from cold winters and humid summers for California in retirement.4) Population in the world, United States, and CA continues to increase with more people...same amount of land.
