We have owned 3 primary residences and sold 2 of them as we have relocated twice over the past 6 years.We're really interested in building a diverse portfolio of properties in different locations and of different types.

I have 12-doors there and am staying active.I actually grew up in northern Michigan but came out to the Bay Area for college, stay for more than a decade after that, and then relocated from Walnut Creek to Metro Detroit from 2017-2022.We grew our portfolio from 0 - 12 doors between 2019-2021 with the goal of generating at least $15k/mo in gross rents so we could move back to CA without sacrificing lifestyle. 

That's what happens when big companies and massive relocation happens.

I'm relocating the the Arlington area to make the transition to RE full time..sticking to SFH and duplex/triplex for now.

Hello everyone.I landed a job in Miami Beach that would generate $80,000+ and I am relocating there in 2 weeks.I need some help as I have never actually lived alone or bought an apartment/house before.

Not sure whether to rent it out one more time before relocating and then sell closer to when we leave; or sell now and find a replacement property in Florida somewhere.
