What real estate goals are you currently aiming to achieve?

Hello BP,Someone I know recently inherited two homes through an estate inheritance.

Hello everyone,My name is Daniel, and I recently left my job as a fraud analyst at a financial institution in March to pursue a real estate investment journey with my wife.

I was attracted to Real Estate investing 6 years ago but realized I needed to improve my income first.

.$50k min, because a missed sewer line replacement can run $30k, so regardless of scope, I need to make sure I have real buffer.  

My goal here is to keep it real. 

Hi community,Outside of the bigger pockets tools such as the rental calculator, what do you use to do that math and understand how much to charge rent and determine where you to buy real estate. 

I understand there are real estate investors out there who are reluctant to deal with someone with a bad credit history :)Go figure!

So in his mind you need to put high end finishes in a duplex versus basic finishes in a detached single family, but then this becomes an apples to oranges comparison.The only real way to know is to have plans drawn up and get actual bids based on those plans.  

When starting out in real estate, I always recommend a turnkey property.
