Search RE online - get a sense for sale and rental values on your own.

I work for a company (non RE) where all the employees are remote. 

One of the huge exceptions is experienced RE professionals (investors, mortgage brokers, etc), they tend to get what agents will get them. 

RE agent says estoppel not needed; a copy of the lease is enough.

I mean you can do all that without a license but if you want to commit to RE, getting your license could be a good start while you Uber (and if you haven’t found an IT job).

However, IMO the Monthly Condo Fees absorb an inordinate amount of Cash Flow.  

Definitely not a way to get rich quick....but possibly a way to get your feet wet in RE investing.  

I'm no dummy, I had a few unfortunate events with previous ones:-My first RE agent referred me to a loan officer, both of them were sharing information behind my back without me knowing.
