The power never got turned off, am I responsible for the utility bills.

This is my biggest worry:I think we are going to end up with a shift in power, and when the party of tax and spend gets power, they are going to be looking for more money for their social programs.

The fact that the power is disconnected to the building is a huge part of the "its a big job".

I missed the boat here many years ago.

Over the past 10 years of investing in Real Estate I have gotten more and more frustrated with the utility bills and waste generated from the tenants in my buildings.I have since worked closely with a micro wind-turbine manufacturer out of California and have really concentrated on making the idea of having GREEN power & GREEN reuse on my buildings a reality.Well, about 4 months ago, I joined an idea competition on a website called IDEABLOB, hosted by a credit card company.

That way someone else helps with the cost of power plants, water systems, and airports.

Remember that Knoweldge isn't power, rather the application of knowledge is!
