Problem is, this is a bit hard for us STR owners.

Hopefully she'll read this today and maybe they'll make a few changes that make things more owner friendly.

If you're someone who can't dedicate 10-20 hours extra per week to education, calling owners and brokers, underwriting, and growing your investor list, it might be better to put that 25k in something passively for now and just learn from that process.
