Looking to connect with Investors in Athens, GA

Hello everyone,

I will be making a move to the Athens, GA area in the fall for a job opportunity and would love to connect with people who have small multis or SFHs in the area. We have 5 units in the Philly area and would like to purchase a small multi as an owner occupied property when we move. I know nothing about this area, the rental market,  safety, property managers, etc. Looking for some advice on where to live in the area to make something like that happen, but not be too annoying for a pair of late 30s professionals.
