Most of the facebook groups are spammers or people with no clue on real estate and they drown out a lot of the good discussions - if you are in a FB group and its public, most are waste of time unless it is strictly monitored.

Problematic because people have a pretty crass attitude with them now. 

This was super annoying to us and in response, we said we don't have time to waste, so whatever you need to tell us in a month, you can share now.

Different age group people and different background.

While HI has a lot of potential for appreciation consider the changing landscape with interest rates and people's ability to buy a house right now.Ultimately, let the numbers decide.

I know the sub 4% rate is attractive for multiple reasons but the Covid golden handcuffs are a problem for a lot of people.

I haven't used the other two services, so I'm interested to hear what other people's experiences been.
