I do believe though that many of the members do deals with some of the folks ... but they are doing more syndicated deals than just straight buy and hold or flips.The last time I was invited to speak at the NW reia it was about dodd frank and how its not legal in Orygun to private lend ( you can do two loans a year )..

I would like to have 100% equity in the homes but dont have much capital, would I be able to get a 0% down or maximum 3.5% down for a hard money loan.
