Most of us are busy, yet we are also passionate.  

Growing up, I've always had a passion for real estate.

I think one of the first things you need to do if you are truly passionate about making it doing real estate, is to get out and network with others in Real Estate.

That said, it is all worth it if you keep slogging away and keep an eye out for opportunities to volunteer in ways that are increasingly aligned with your skills and passions.

I am passionate about the world of real estate and am looking for opportunities to further my learning and gain experience in Real Estate investing and sales practices such as flipping houses, buy and holds, and wholesaling.

I am friendly and I am passionate about this industry and what I do and I am willing to share (which sometimes is in excess) what I can so please feel free to poke or jab at me as you see fit.

Then again though, its more of a market or situation choice for the seller who they want to work with.Disclosure: I'm not a wholesaler, I just don't understand the argument or why people are so passionate about SOMEONE ELSE's business model.

I can only go with the info provided and Im kinda sorta passionate about this stuff after 30+ years.Take what you can use and leave the rest.

But last least it gave me a job with a nice W-2 Income so that i can borrow loan to finance my rental property at easeIt's a risk that you have to take for not going to college but hey, if your passion is real estate and you work night and day to build your business, i see no reason why you can not success.it's a fact that the stuff that i learn in college has no thing to do with real estate. i learn 100% on street, book, and other successful people..so yea screw college :)

Once I declined; they started questioning passion for financial freedom.
