But last least it gave me a job with a nice W-2 Income so that i can borrow loan to finance my rental property at easeIt's a risk that you have to take for not going to college but hey, if your passion is real estate and you work night and day to build your business, i see no reason why you can not success.it's a fact that the stuff that i learn in college has no thing to do with real estate. i learn 100% on street, book, and other successful people..so yea screw college :)
