Hey everyone!
I'm 22 years old and I'm a licensed real estate agent. I did rentals for about a year in Boston,MA. The money was great but I felt like I wanted to do more than just rentals.
Growing up, I've always had a passion for real estate. Flipping houses, managing property, all of that.
A few bumps in the road have occurred which made me want to completely pursue real estate investing. I want to start with wholesaling, but I don't even know where to begin. I've been educating myself for the past couple of months. I've even attended a few Fortune Builder seminars until they tried to get me to pay $25,000 to help me get started.
Any tips on how to begin? Especially with little to no money down?
