Mort likely you can ask the inspector, but their  contracts generally have low limits or no recovery for their errors..

I tried some googling but the search results weren’t exactly what I was looking for.If I recall one of my brokers that worked for me.. had numerous bench's in his Farm and he spent about 5k a month on those.keep in mind average sales price is about 400k.. in our area.. so average commish is about 10 to 12k on one side.. so if it generated one sales a month it worked..

I suspect you made some of the typical newbie errors and have learned from them.The lease has to be honored or get the tenant to agree to a mutual release from the least.
