Otherwise you are going to need to be very creative and narrow in the types of properties you are purchasing.

I would keep making the payments, if they are comfortable for you, and eventually that difference will narrow, and then you can decide what to do

You would be operating in the bread and butter range of real estate here, so if you are trying to do a flip, you don't have to worry about targeting a very narrow market on the sell side. 

There are four total parcels, three contiguous totaling 14k sqft & zoned ETU-B, and another adjacent lot 5k sqft also ETU-B all for under $700k.
