Since I have to choose one type of platform/system and find alternate solutions for the features from the other side, I choose a STR platform because the LTR features are easier for me to recreate or do manually.Specifically we are using Hostfully as our PMP and a few other apps to supplement.

No ozone treatment company is going to want to be involved in sanding your floors in places and cutting out pieces of your drywall and replacing your floor trim.It costs nothing for the ozone treatment dude to pass on the job and recommend his draconian solution but he knows he's not qualified to make this assessment and that's why he refused to make it in writing, as you indicated.
