I would like to build a castle with a modern twist, designed in mind for maybe 30+(eventually more) luxury rental units, by the water, great ammenities such as a farm to table restaurant which caters to the resort and cabanas, would like to make it more profitable faster by saving on construction by utilizing my network of friends and pros, long lasting green artistic construction, with attracting the highest paying exclusive guests in mind.

Those who are able to rehab for the long term have a great opportunity to eliminate their CAP-EX and have healthier more modern units that everyone likes to rent.

I'm experienced in multi-family, mixed use, and mobile home park investments in NY. 

How do you calculate the valuation of a mobile home park that is empty and with X lots ready for rental and Y lots “possible” but without road and utilities setup?

Took months to get it right and I’m still not pleased with having to make price changes in BP’s terrible mobile UI but it does work for the basic idea of ensuring that I receive the same net revenue per night, regardless of what booking platform, fees, structure, etc folks come through the front door on.

I am trying to buy a property in Texas that has three older mobile homes on it but am having a really hard time finding any lender for it.

Mobile homes in Texas are titled like cars, so not sure if I can fill one contract out for both?
