Ask - Clarification On Extension To Eviction Moratorium

Clarification on whether or not I’m reading this correctly; but, the press release is saying that any Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac backed homes have no eviction policies extending through 31 August for BOTH homeowners and renters.  Is my interpretation accurate?  https://www.fhfa.gov/mobile/Pa...
