You need to know the rules of the game you are going to be playing so you dont get sued.  

I like EADO in general and think that's one of the best appreciation plays over the medium/long term.If those things end up being too much of a headache and your gut tells you the house is bad, for the peace of mind I would sell and look elsewhere. 

Hey everyone, this is my first post so I'm hoping I do it correctly.As in the title I am a 23 y.o. college student (5th/last-year) and I have $15k to "play" with.

I’m thinking student housing in Greeley should be a good play.

As long as all involved know the rules of the game and play accordingly. :-) 

Doing the work the correct way is much better than playing with hokey ideas.

We get to choose what role we play (hero, villain or victim... thanks David Greene) and we get to choose who plays the other 2. 

This isn’t a terrible deal but we learned a lot and could of done better but there is a longer term play.

When we had our granite countertop installed the installers put sticky plastic down to “protect” the floors, and when it was removed it ripped the clear coat clean off in the areas my daughter had been playing with the air pockets.

It's like the difference between playing baseball and basketball -- they both use a ball, but understanding or being good at one says nothing about being good at (or enjoying) the other.Beyond saying "Both", I wonder what you local folks expect to see happen.
