I own an insurance agency as well (selling it January!!)

Any thoughts on agency here in Atlanta that would be great for a new agent?

Part of the answer I am sure will be if I plan to use a rental agency to manage my rental.

If you choose to get a realtor's license you must comply with the agency placement aspect of the license.In my OPINION, one of the issues the board of realtors was attempting to address, was the Real Estate Gurus who run "Be a Wholesaler Student Mills.

One agency changes things about due on sale and suddenly you think that all loans are Fannie Mae? 

But my job (exec at ad agency) is intense and unpredictable.

Trust me I have read hundreds of posts on here and read most all of the mainstream books, but my head is full of farts right now as I was not expecting this to happen this quick.

I don't think BP will let me post contact info so you'll have to search for it but my agent at Loiselle is Nate Green and I've used several different agents at Cross.I do recommend talking to more than one agency, always, as sometimes you get higher or lower prices not because of the property or area, but just because of what else they're currently insuring.
