Providence/Pawtucket RI Insurance Recommendation

Hi everyone - do you have a recent recommendation for an Insurance Agent / Broker in the Providence / Pawtucket RI areas?

We have a legal 2 unit with 10 car garage under contract. Looking to find an Insurance partner for the future, SMFs and Small Commercial Residential in our sights. Someone trustworthy, creative, and flexible. I have a few local outfits in mind but looking for recommendations as that usually works out best.

Thanks for your help!

Andrew,
Regardless of who you end up working with, pay attention to the amount of coverage on the 10 unit garage. Most Dwelling Fire policies (most likely form of coverage on the 2 family) will include 10% of the building limit as the limit for all detached structures. My guess is the garage value will be more than the 10% that is automatically included.

If you do not get any good recommendations PM me and I will let you know what Carriers we use for Dwelling Fire policies in RI. Many Carriers will have an agent lookup on their website.
