Things are rocking and rolling now!

As the Rock says, "be hungry, be humble, and always be the hardest working person in the room."

I was a lender for 25 years prior to joining Castle Rock, so here is what I would say about it.

If a neighbor is loud they have to get their arse off the couch and go talk to them.

One complained of loud sex in the early evening when she comes in from work with her young son.

I have a 4/2 SFR in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles that I purchased in 2013... with 20% down.

Bp is about helping and passing knowledge you must be the type that gets his rocks off to shutting anyone down.

Asking others what general numbers they think it will be will just be a guess and ultimately, a shot in the dark for you.I'm not trying to be rude here, just want to scream out loud how important it is to actually learn how to evaluate the actual numbers by what will become simple systems to you once implemented and practiced.
