I've got the rented house locked up and will make approximately $8k on it.I will be able to sell the non-renovated property but will only make $4-5k on it.Are other wholesalers seeing more interest in a property that is turn-key vs. a property that needs the grunt work?

One reason it is actually better is that you can lock in a first position offer and are not going to get bumped off the table by an idiot seller wanting to present other offers to the lender.

My mother just got a loan and had to get a few things removed from her credit report and the difference in a 790 and 801 made a pretty big difference in the rate she was able to lock in.

I think here it's one months rent, so many landlords don't care how the lock someone out, chase them off and dump their stuff in the front yard at the street, they just say sue me!
