If one partner is a 50-something and the other is 19 years old, would we refinance individually or under an LLC ?

View as a lender each property will need to be financed individually.

While it may give a group of individuals a chance at getting a place there is really no large impact on an individual renter.

Thankfully no Individuals or cabins were harmed but a few fences were destroyed.

The big stuff is just too risky and a high concentration of capital in one spot for an individual investor. 

Unless I have a property that real estate brokers are uninterested or unable to market, I just don’t see why I’d want to tie it up with a third party where I have no input into the marketing of the property and where I’m at the mercy of an unlicensed individual with no accountability for his actions.

@Shad Rich Hello Shad, I have multiple LLCs and report their individual expenses on their respective tax forms.

Foreclosure case was filed in court (Ohio) 3 months ago, mortgagors (husband and wife) have transferred ownership to me (an individual) via a quitclaim deed earlier this week and it should be recorded with the county in a couple of days.

What we are seeing are some individual attractively priced properties coming on the market resulting in excellent returns.
