This is an entire can of worms that I'm sure has been discussed at length in another thread, but just think of the ways people can break things if they don't care or are clumsy; then try to mitigate that risk.Renovations are location and audience specific.You need to look at the neighborhood to see what is popular and what is not.

Simply put, I design and implement technical solutions for oil and gas organizations.Currently, I am employed by a major oil and gas company for about 15 years, however, not so certain about the longevity of my career in this field due to incredibly low oil prices.
