If so, I recommend attending a couple of real estate meetups near you as wholesalers & private lenders frequent these events and its a good intro to other wholesalers. 

Many groups during Covid have switched to online only or a combination of online/in person events.

Alternatively, this might sound like more work, but attending networking events is a great way to meet other investors/attorneys/lenders that you'll be able to crowdsource information from. 

I am considering renting out my primary residence (3bd/2ba)  for the Superbowl - we are about 20 minutes from the stadium, and about 25 minutes from other events happening around the same time in Phoenix, AZ such as the Waste Management Open and Barrett Jackson.
