We are working with a great team of partners on the General Partner (GP) side and we have a wonderful group of investors on the Limited Partner (LP) side.We worked with a great team to help make this deal go forward - from the debt broker, to the attorney, to the title company, to the property manager, to the insurance agent, to the lender, to the commercial real estate broker, and others!

I have a single family I just closed on to house hack back in December and again I only have about 20k to put towards a flip.A local investing group has meetups and with an investment of a few grad they say they will plug you in with wholesalers, and contractors and lend an ear to compete the flip does that sound like Something any of you would do for a first flip.

I'm currently working with a group I met here on BP and our their 1st deal was listed on MLS, the ARV comps were in the 550-650 range, there are active listings that could be comps on up to 700k, so using a listing price of 635k, we bought this home for 330k, plus 120k for a complete rehab.

@Tiana Perry I’ll be happy to help you, either as someone you can connect with or bounce ideas off of, etc.I’d also recommend attending the bigger investment group that meets in Warwick monthly, and identifying a few folks there you seem to have a good connection with, inviting them out for coffee and exchanging contact info, etc.And of course, Bigger Pockets is almost by definition a great place you can bounce ideas off so multiple other investors :)

I work with a team renting out SFH.I am the newer of the group and simply put they all say no pools.They simply aren’t open minded to it and don’t want the liabilityBut I want to educate myself so I get it’s a liability but for instance if one day I plan on having my own rental SFH or even duxplex, triplex or apartment, how or what is the best way to go about renting one with a pool?
