I have considered them before as I like Vegas but I think you have to go there a lot to get your money's worth and most people that go there a lot are gambling and thus getting comped rooms anyway so they don't need to pay for a room.

You can let them out any day they want if they leave early great the only thing they get back earlier is the security deposit you process from date they leave as per state guidelines

The major difference is that while there are some expanded guidelines for owner occupants to purchase a home with a lower score or recent credit events (such as short sale, BK), and even a higher DTI, they come with a higher interest rate and therefore a higher payment AND YOU STILL HAVE TO SHOW THE ABILITY TO REPAY.
