The lender took more then 50 days to give final approval so I think I missed the 90 day deadline by a day or two :(Guess I'll just have to try it again ;)I'll post again after officially closing.

BBB the better business bureau i f everyone goes and files a complaint they mite get their stuff togather it only takes a few mins to file and if Balch an Bingham won't answer your questions they will get the answer for you....

Hello,I'm based in NJ and just filed the JEDS Superiod Court DC Complaint for non payment of rent.

Many of my clients have me draft warranty deeds moving properties around and file them.

If you don't, they can file a certificate of non compliance and you will have a lien against the property.

The situation is as following, the Tenant's lease ends on Oct 31st 2021.I sent out a Lease renewal asking if they would like to renew, 38 days before the lease ends, it's been over 2 weeks and they only "verbally" said yes they want to renew, but havent responded to any of my texts for the past 2 weeks. ( I only sent 3 texts).I provided a deadline for make up their decision (Oct 8th) in that text, That was sent Sept 24th.Today, Oct 8th, I texted for AN URGENT reminder, put a note under the door reminding them that today is the last day to "decide".

Only then will you be able to file for eviction in district court.

At this point all of our bank accounts and mail are separate, but we still file our taxes together.
