After it was all done my title insurance company sent me a check for my attorney fees. 

The Venmo business account has a fee that I'd like to avoid. 

Currently I use Vanguard which has the lowest fees, but they don't allow 401k loans.

@Kay Moore depending on scope of services, fees can range between $7,500 to 20k.

Would you mind sharing what type of fees we will need to consider when purchasing?

Note the PM fees would have been covered by the difference in the rent collected.
