Such terms such as "Arm's Length", "Meeting of the Minds", "Consideration", "Good Faith" ,"Bilateral and Unilateral", "Laws of Agency" "Servant and Master" and "Intent", "Ability to Perform" what "Fraud" is, different types of fraud.You are or can be a principal when you have the capacity to contract, give consideration, have the intent to perform as stated in the contract, have the ability to perform, that you deal in good faith in your own best interest, that you disclose facts that put another party at a significant disadvantage, do not mislead or misrepresent yourself or material facts, that the purpose of the transaction and the means used to perform are lawful, having a lawful purpose.

If that borrower has a sale or even if they anticipate an immediate sale without disclosing it, that borrower is misrepresenting material facts which can constitute bank and mortgage fraud.

There is a lot of REI material (online and courses) that insist that people don't want to live in 'renovated' space ... because it makes them think that underneath that good-looking kitchen or bathroom, there's a really awful kitchen or bathroom hiding (or at the very least, it was recently a wreck).

I was going to use Excel, but I can't seem to enter a picture into a single cell, and I'd really need to see a picture of the things I'm deciding on without having to open a browser.Is there any type of program out there that can handle this, like inventory software, or something geared towards contractors or materials management?

When I buy material in large quantity say about $300 I go to the pro desk and ask for  a discount and again I get 5% off.
