Besides  being the "Next Portland" or a better version of itself, Pittsburgh has really been dubbed as the 2nd "Silicon Valley" with it's tech influence largely funded by big named companies such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Autodesk, Uber and Ford AI Initiative among others who have set up shop here.

Bottom line, if an individual has a track record online via Facebook, web forums, public records, etc which include their name or email address as metadata reference, Google will find those links.

When the violation status goes to "haz abate" and it's "out to bid", it usually isn't all that long before it comes down.

People will even go so far as to make up fake names, facebook accounts, and yes they will even fake photos and Bigger Pockets accounts to attempt to slander your name.Just stay true to your own moral fiber, know you are doing right for your family and in the end, over time, truth always wins out.

I'm in a private Facebook group with all the members and daily its success story after another...and these people appear to be average joes who joined fb and are killing it.
