Your best candidates for seller financing are existing landlords / absentee owners.  

Turn of the century buildings were built with materials and craftsmanship that just doesn't exist today.  

You should give them written notice of non-renewal within timeframes stated in the existing lease.

Just make sure to properly clean and seal it (the existing floor) so that the adhesive will properly stick to both floor and vinyl planks.  

Existing office space is usually ready to go, just move in.

Note: If you purchase a property that has been struck-off to the State, fist check (ask) with them to determine if any existing liens/current certificate holders, etc. are there or if any prior tax liens, etc.. are still attached to the property.
